As well as creating new courts and updating old stadiums, I was responsible for a share of outsourcing. My own experience as an outsourcer gave me a unique perspective on these tasks. I managed timelines and estimates and gave constructive feedback to our vendor partners, achieving high quality returns. It was also my responsibility to take the delivered environments and polish them to bring them up to our quality bar. I added character through aspects such as graffiti, branding, and set dressing with provided props to add background narrative to the area.
